This study aims to evaluate the effect for the health and welfare vibrating apparatus by the physiological and the psychological measurement.
The comfort is evaluated on the frequency-weighted curve according to the ISO standard, but the health effect is not shown the frequency-weighted curve.
Furthermore it measured the physiological and the psychological method for whole-body vibration exposure. That's why it applied to health effect and converted the data into the frequency-weighted acceleration of the ISO. As the result, it was shown the curve of the health effect that the health effect occurred lower than the comfort curve of the ISO. The flat of the frequency-weighted curve was shown sensitivity and was shown the 0 dB. A method for evaluating the health welfare vibrating apparatus and for applying the frequency-weighted curve for the health effect were shown in this paper.Key words:Physiological and Psychological Evaluation, Health Effect
